Asheville’s 18th Annual Signature Chefs Auction, presented by Mission Children’s Hospital & Women’s Services, will pay tribute to the culinary excellence of 15 local chefs and caterers from the Asheville and surrounding communities, while raising significant revenue to help in the fight to save babies. Each chef and caterer will present their signature dish in tasting-size portions during a cocktail reception with a lively auction following. The Live and Silent Auctions include unique dinners, hotel stays and weekend getaways, frequently created by the participating chefs.
