North Dakota Chain Reaction
The North Dakota Chain Reaction Youth Leadership Council is called the MOD Squad and has been in existance since 1998.  The founding volunteer advisor was Evelyn Buschfink, a registered nurse from Bismarck.  Dave and Suzanne Schweigert, both Bismarck attorneys, took over the volunteer advisory position in 1999.  The MOD Squad's first fund-rasier was the very successful Pumpkin Un-Parade in October of 1998....the event was so successful that it had to be continued on a 2nd night to accommodate the community's interest.  MOD Squad members consist of high school students from Bismarck High Schools and will hopefully branch out to encompass members from Mandan as well.  The MOD Squad members participate in WalkAmerica yearly as well as conduct various fund-raisers in the community to include a Halloween Costume Party, an all-day concert at Sleepy Hollow Park, and a Baby Shower to benefit the Baby Things Boutique.  The members have also been known to Christmas Carol Off-Key to raise funds!  this is a vibrant group of young people who bring the ever important March of Dimes mission to their peers.

Donating is easy online, by phone or mail / fax.
