Measure #3 Passed!

| Measure #3 passed and will be effective December 4th, 2008. It will provide much needed funds for smoking cessation programs in North Dakota and help reduce the rate of premature birth throughout the state.
Many thanks go to all March of Dimes volunteers and supporters who worked on this measure and its progress.
