How to earn CNE credit with print modules

1. Purchase a module.
   There are three ways to purchase a print module:
   1. Go to the activities list and click the Buy button for the module you want.
   2. Visit marchofdimes.com/catalog.
   3. Call (800) 367-6630.
   Print modules are $30 each. The purchase price includes one set of contact hours.
   
   
2. Study the module.
   
   
3. Take the test and submit it for CNE credit.
   There is no additional fee when you submit the original CNE application included in the module. There is a $15 fee, payable by credit card, when you submit a photocopy of the test or take the test online.
   
   You can submit your completed CNE application and evaluation by regular mail, or you can take your test online.
   
   Take your test and submit it by mail
   1. Complete and submit the original CNE test included in the module, along with the application and evaluation from the module. No additional fee is required.
      Or—Complete and submit a photocopy of the CNE application and evaluation with a $15 check payable to the March of Dimes.
      
   2. Mail your application, evaluation and fee, when applicable, to:

      White Plains, NY 10605
   
   Take your test online
   Go to the activities list and locate the module you've studied. Click the Take test button in the module description and follow the instructions.
   
   
4. Pass the test.
   To receive a certificate of completion for a CNE module, you must pass its CNE test with a score of ≥70 percent. You will get a second chance to pass if your score is <70 percent. If you send your application by regular mail, the March of Dimes will notify you of your test results within 4 weeks of receiving the completed application. If you take your test online, you receive your score immediately.
   
   
5. Get your CNE certificate.
   • When you submit your test by mail and receive a passing score, you receive a certificate of completion via mail.
   • When you take and pass your test online, you can print your CNE certificate immediately. Click print your certificate for more information.
