How do I pay for an online CNE test?

In order to pay for an online CNE test, you must have an account and be signed in. In addition, you need to have pop-ups enabled on your browser. While signed in, find the test you want to take in the activities list and click take the test. On the test page, click next to open the credit card ordering screen in a pop-up window. Internet Explorer users, if you get the message "The web page you are viewing is trying to close this window. Do you want to close this window?" click Yes. On the credit card ordering screen, enter your information in the required fields and click the submit button once. When the transaction has gone through, a receipt will appear in the open window. When you click the close button at the bottom of the receipt, the test will load.

If the test does not load, go back to the nursing home page, login and go to my CNE account. On your profile page, a link to the test you purchased should appear in the right column. If it does not, your transaction did not go through.

If you get the message "critical error" when you submit your credit card information, you may have entered information incorrectly. Try entering the information again and resubmitting it. If you get the same message, there may be a problem with your credit card.

How do I access online modules?

In the Activities list, find the module you're interested in and click read. When you sign in again, the last page visited link appears in the my cne account drop down menu when you first sign in.

How do I take an online test for a print module?

In the Activities list, find the module you're interested in and click take the test.
