A local company that provides patient education programs to physicians' offices will be part of a March of Dimes strategy to prevent premature births.
Healthy Advice Network said its Women's Health Network will include prenatal and infant health information from the March of Dimes Foundation. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
"The March of Dimes is committed to reducing the rate of premature births and helping more babies get a healthy start," said Douglas Staples, senior vice president of strategic marketing and communications for the New York-based nonprofit.
Kenwood-based Healthy Advice's digital-screen programs are available in 2,400 obstetrician/gynecologists' offices, reaching about 15.4 million patients and caregivers.
