The March of Dimes Oklahoma Chapter is hosting the 2012 Oklahoma Nurse of the Year Awards Gala. Nurses have long been an integral part of the March of Dimes efforts. The Nurse of the Year Awards Gala is a state-wide event supporting the mission, while recognizing exceptional nurses, creating awareness and promoting the future of the profession.

A volunteer committee of industry professionals and community leaders is working to promote the Oklahoma Nurse of the Year Awards Gala and secure nominations from across the state. There are fifteen (15) categories representing various nursing specialties. Anyone can nominate a nurse for an award - patients, friends, family, co-workers or other health professionals.
There is no fee to submit a nomination and you may submit a completed form for as many different individuals as you wish. Nomination forms are available for download.
