| High School students in the Portland and Lane County areas are making a difference through the March of Dimes Chain Reaction Youth Leadership Program. Chain Reaction focuses on developing leadership skills while furthering the March of Dimes mission. Members work together to educate the community about healthy lifestyles and birth defects prevention.
