March of Dimes honors five Women of Achievement

Five outstanding Oregon women were honored recently at the 22 nd annual White Rose Luncheon, "A Salute to Women of Achievement." Honorees included Marcia Director of Portland, Lyn Hennion of Jacksonville, Pamela Hulse Andrews of Bend, Dr. Anne Nedrow of Portland and Alice Thornton of Sherwood. The event raised $55,000 for the March of Dimes.
The White Rose Luncheon was presented by Mazama Capital Management. Premier Sponsors were Kevin and Genevieve Director and Freedman, Billings, Ramsey. Rose Sponsors were DA Davidson, JP Morgan and PacifiCrest. Benefactors included First Tech Credit Union, Northwest Natural, Oregon Community Foundation, Oregon Health & Science University, Pacific Power, Alan & Marcia Director, Paula Kilpatrick, RB Pamplin Corp. and Ron & Chris Sauer.
The March of Dimes also appreciates the generosity of Charles and Susan Carlbom, Pat Karamanos and April Cheri Hagen, members of the new White Rose Circle of Hope.
