| Join the Hoopla! Gather your team of three or four for the first annual Hoops 4 Babies 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament, Saturday, June 23, at the Salem Hoop. Register by June 7 at www.hoops4babies.com. The tournament is part of the Farmers Insurance "Be a Hero for Babies" Campaign to benefit the March of Dimes.
Locally, one in 10 babies is born too soon. Premature birth is the leading killer of newborns, and a major cause of serious lifelong health problems. Funds raised through Hoops 4 Babies will support critical March of Dimes research and education programs to prevent premature birth and give all babies a healthier start.
