Philips is passionate about engaging employees to contribute within their communities and ensure the success and well-being of future generations. Through the Philips Cares program, it sponsors Mission: Healthy Baby®, a program specifically designed to address the unique needs and stress of expecting military families.

Since 2015, Philips and March of Dimes have hosted educational baby showers at bases around the country, helping more than 2,000 expectant U.S. military moms. With the support of the Philips Cares program, we’ve been able to offer free prenatal care and well-baby information, an online support community, baby essentials, fun games and more.

Beyond the program support, Philips generously provides a Philips Avent breast pump, a baby monitor, an employee-made diaper cake with supplies and a volunteer at each shower to ensure mom and baby get the best possible start.
