(King of Prussia, PA, April 2, 2009) —The March of Dimes Pennsylvania Chapter is currently accepting submissions for 2010 funding consideration under the annual Community Grants Program to address unmet maternal and newborn health needs. The Community Grants Program is designed to support the development of pilot programs that further the mission of the March of Dimes, support their Prematurity Campaign objectives, and address the goal of reducing preterm birth and disparities in birth outcomes.
The Letter of Intent submission deadline is June 1, 2009. Grants will be awarded in amounts up to $25,000 for a one-year period from January to December 2010.
