Option #1:  Return the official registration form (see attached) along with your photo & $5.00 entry fee to March of Dimes in Allentown, PA.  Checks/money orders must be made payable to "March of Dimes".  Pictures may be e-mailed. However, entry is not official until photo, registration form & entry fee are received by September 10.  No entries will be accepted after this deadline.

Option #2:  To have your child's photo included in a special color section in The Morning Call (published on Sunday, September 14) IN ADDITION TO the official display at the Lehigh Valley Mall, entries must be submitted by noon on August 25 to The Morning Call in Allentown, PA.  Checks/money orders must be made payable to "The Morning Call".  There is a $15 entry fee ($5.00 will go to the March of Dimes).  Entries received after this deadline will only be displayed at the Lehigh Valley Mall.

Photos submitted through March of Dimes and The Morning Call will be on public display at the Lehigh Valley Mall from September 13 through September 27 during the voting period.  Each photo will be assigned a number.  Winners will be determined by the number of votes each photo receives ($1.00 per vote) during this time.  All money raised benefits the March of Dimes and its efforts to give every baby a healthy start.

Prizes are listed on registration form AND on September 27, there will be prizes given away through WLEV's prize wheel.
