• During 2008-2010 (average), the low birthweight rate in Oklahoma City was highest for black infants (14.4%), followed by whites (8.4%), Asians (7.8%), Native Americans (7.8%) and Hispanics (6.8%). 
• Black infants (14.4%) were about 2 times as likely as Hispanic infants (6.8%) to be born low birthweight during 2008-2010 (average)
