• During 2008-2010 (average), the low birthweight rate in Oregon was highest for black infants (10.3%), followed by Asians (7.4%), Native Americans (6.9%) and whites (6.0%). 
• Black infants (10.3%) were about 2 times as likely as white infants (6.0%) to be born low birthweight during 2008-2010 (average)
