Period Intercourse Fertile Ovulation BBT Note

    Period

The bleeding you have at the end of your cycle. If you get your period, you're not pregnant.

    Intercourse

The days on which you and your partner had sex - you may have conceived your baby!

    Fertile

Your fertile days are the days before and right after ovulation - when you're most likely to get pregnant.

    Ovulation

When you ovulate, an egg is released into the fallopian tubes. Conception can now occur.

    Basal body temperature

Take your temperature at the same time every morning and add it to your calendar. You should see a rise in temperature a day or two after you've ovulated and may be able to better predict your next ovulation.

    Note

Keep track of doctors' appointments, medications you're taking, symptoms you're experiencing or anything else you want to remember.
