MOTHERS MARCH FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Below is a list of frequently asked questions. If you do not find the answer here then please contact us

Q. Where should I send a late donation?

A. Please send your full name, address and Volunteer ID # from your Kit Assignment Card (if you still have it) for handling. We’ll make sure your volunteer record is properly updated.
Mothers March Processing Center
PO Box 844
Topeka, KS  66608

Q. My list of neighbors is wrong/inaccurate – can I get a new one?

A. Although we try to provide an up-to-date list, we know that sometimes list mistakes can occur. Unfortunately, we are not able to re-create your neighborhood list because it is only printed once during a special production process. If you know the correct name of your neighbor and their address, please mail the correct information. If you do not know their name, simply write “Dear Neighbor.” Every gift counts and goes a long way to help save babies. Thanks for your efforts!

Q. I mailed the letters to my neighbors, but no one responded. What should I do?

A. Sometimes neighbors respond late, so you may still get a donation or two in the next few weeks. Some volunteers follow up with their neighbors in person or over the phone. If not, that’s OK, you’ve helped educate your neighbors about the things they can do to have a healthy baby.

Q.Why am I sending my donations to an out-of-state address?

A. We have two regional processing centers located across the country that handle our Mothers March® donations because it is much more cost effective. This way, more of the money you raise can go to the programs that need help.

Q. I need more materials. How do I get more?

A. Please click here to e-mail your request for more materials (cards, envelopes, donor receipts, etc.)

Q .I already mailed my donations, but you sent me a letter telling me that you haven’t received it?

A. If you already mailed your donations – thanks! Our letter and your donations have probably crossed in the mail, because we prepare mailings quite a bit in advance.

Q. I volunteered- but I just can’t complete the campaign. What should I do?

A. Thanks for letting us know. Please e-mail us your cancellation information (name, address and volunteer ID #, if you have it). You can recycle the kit materials and keep the name labels as a gift. Please consider making a personal donation to Mothers March instead and mail it in using the large reply envelope.
