Can I receive a sample copy of a March of Dimes educational product?
We are happy to send a single sample of each of our products that are sold in packages of five or more. Items sold individually must be purchased. March of Dimes policy allows for the return of your order within 30 days if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. For more information, please contact our sales staff.

What are the shipping charges for March of Dimes educational products?

Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice.

Please allow two weeks for delivery from the date we receive your order.

Overnight, second-day, and same-day shipments can be made for an additional $10 handling fee, plus applicable express shipping charges. Call (800) 367-6630 for rates.

Foreign Shipments:
Call (800) 367-6630 for rates and shipping times. All orders outside the U.S. must be prepaid in full.

How can I obtain a quote for March of Dimes educational products?

Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment or purchase order.

Can the March of Dimes bill me for my order?
All orders under $50 must be prepaid with check or credit card. Orders over $50 can be paid with PO, check or credit card.

Foreign orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars.

Does the March of Dimes collect sales tax?
At this time, we are required by law to collect sales/use tax on all orders from the state of California. If claiming tax exemption, please attach a copy of your state sales-tax exemption certificate with your order. Collection of sales tax is subject to change without notice.

How do I obtain a sole-source provider letter?

How can I return, exchange or get a refund on an order?
If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date on the packing list. Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 10 percent restocking charge or a $5 return fee, whichever is greater. All sales are final after 60 days.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or was shipped incorrectly.

The original packing list must accompany all returns.

Do I need to obtain digital or CCTV rights to show March of Dimes videos/DVDs on my organization's channel or broadcast network?
Yes, digital and CCTV rights are required for broadcasting within an institution, satellite viewing, or any shared broadcast or cable setting. For more information, contact our sales staff.

Currently our products are available only in English and Spanish.

Can the March of Dimes split products sold in packages into smaller quantities?
We are unable to split package into smaller quantities.

Does the March of Dimes offer easy-to-read products?
Yes. We've created these materials especially for clients with limited reading skills. They're designed for use with populations who read at a fifth- to seventh-grade reading level.
