Appointment Reminder Cards

These cards encourage women of childbearing age to adopt behaviors that promote a healthy pregnancy. Ten messages are randomly distributed throughout each box.

Each card is personalized with the provider's name and contact information and includes space for the appointment date and time.

To be successful, this special March of Dimes initiative needs the support of health care providers. By distributing the cards, providers help the March of Dimes educate women about healthy pregnancy.
