Late Preterm Birth: Every Week Matters
Infants born between 34 and 36 weeks gestation have a higher risk of morbidity and mortality than term infants (37-42 weeks). Complications include temperature instability, feeding and breathing problems, and jaundice. (pdf, 173k)
