How Your Gift is Spent
The March of Dimes spends your funds wisely. About 76 percent of every dollar you donate supports programs to help improve the health of babies by preventing premature birth, birth defects and infant mortality. The remaining 24 percent covers the foundation’s management costs and fund-raising activities. Our long and distinguished record of accomplishments attests to the effective and responsible use of donated funds.
