March of Dimes Answers Questions About Prematurity Online
White Plains, NY, March 14, 2003 - March of Dimes Assistant Medical Director Dr. Siobhan Dolan will be answering questions on 'preventing preemies' the week of March 17 on BabyCenter.com. Dr. Dolan will be answering up to five questions a day on this important topic. To monitor the questions and answers or to ask Dr. Dolan a question, log onto the BabyCenter.com site the week of March 17 and click onto the 'community' page at the top of the homepage. Once in the community area, click on 'Preventing Preemies with the March of Dimes' within the 'Bulletin Board' page. On January 30, 2003 the March of Dimes kicked off a five-year, $75 million Prematurity Campaign aimed at raising public awareness, educating women to the signs and symptoms of preterm labor, and increasing research to find the causes of premature births.
