March of Dimes Prematurity Awareness Day Subject of Two Chats in October

The March of Dimes' First Annual Prematurity Awareness Day on November 18, 2003 will be the subject of two online chats on two prominent websites in October. Doug Staples, Senior Vice President, Strategic Marketing & Communications, March of Dimes, will be the host for both chats. Mr. Staples will discuss the March of Dimes Five-Year, $75 million Prematurity Campaign (which kicked off in January 2003), Prematurity Awareness Day and his own personal story. The first chat will be held from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, October 9 on Pregnancy.org. To join in the chat, just go to the Pregnancy.org homepage and click on 'chat live now' in the navigation bar at the left side of the page. You will be taken to an area that say "members log in here.'' If you are already a member of Pregnancy.org, simply log in. If you are not a member, registration is free and takes a few minutes. The second chat will be held from 9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, October 21 on BabyCenter.com. To join in the chat, just go to the BabyCenter.com homepage and click on 'chat' and then click on 'how to chat.'
