The March of Dimes Commemorative Coin Act of 2012 honors the 75th anniversary of the March of Dimes, recognizing its landmark accomplishments in maternal and child health and providing resources to continue its vital work.In progress
During the 113th Congress, the March of Dimes will advocate for access to health coverage (including Medicaid and CHIP) for pregnant women and children; sustained federal research to prevent prematurity, birth defects, and infant mortality; and prevention and education programs that improve birth outcomes and promote maternal and child health.
