What do I need to do to apply for a March of Dimes Indiana Chapter grant?

Applying for a grant is easy. Start by downloading the Letter of Intent (LOI) instructions and cover sheet. Fill out the form and send it in. After review by our volunteer committee, those chosen to submit a full proposal (RFP) will be contacted. For more details, email us or call (800) 844-9255.
