Nursing Symposiums and Grand Rounds
The primary purpose of the grand rounds program is to provide continuing education for perinatal health care providers on topics relevant to the March of Dimes mission: prevention of premature birth, birth defects and infant mortality.
Nursing Symposiums take place at locations across Indiana each year. The Symposium present progressive perinatal topics for nurses from recognized experts in the field. Nurses, nursing students, and allied health professionals engaged in perinatal, neonatal and pediatric practice within hospitals and clinics and the community at large should attend these valuable sessions.

The program features medical grand rounds and presentations at local, state, regional and national perinatal conferences as well as the development and use of annotated slide sets produced by the March of Dimes and national experts in collaboration with our partners.
