Missouri grants

• We award grants to address the needs of moms, babies and families.
• Our funding supports programs in communities Missouri and the Metro East.

The March of Dimes Missouri Chapter funds programs that help moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies. This includes providing financial support to research and education that will help moms before and during their pregnancies. It also includes working with local medical groups and organizations to improve prenatal care and newborn screening.

Grants and awards are given to projects that address the urgent needs of moms and babies. Grants are generally awarded for one to three years and range from $10,000 to $25,000.

The March of Dimes Missouri Chapter uses gifts wisely. We award grants based on a number of criteria, including the group or organization’s ability to accomplish its goals, as well as the potential impact a project will have in helping us prevent premature births, birth defects and infant mortality.

Grants for 2012 have been awarded. Please check this page later in the year for information on applying for a 2013 grant.
