Farmers Heroes Raise $2.5 Million for Babies

St. Louis, Missouri, July 25, 2012 —

Farmers Insurance raised $2.5 million nationwide for babies in a single day! The 7th annual Be a Hero for Babies Day was June 21, 2012.  Farmers agents and staff dedicated their day to helping babies – those born healthy and those who need assistance from March of Dimes to survive and thrive.

Paul Crosetti, Farmers State Executive Director, Missouri & Kansas, said, “For the seventh straight year, Farmers agents and employees stepped up for babies.  We are proud to support this extraordinary effort to raise awareness, and millions of dollars, to protect the health of babies and support families.”

For 25 years, Farmers has maintained an outstanding record of volunteer service, contributing time, energy, talent and financial resources to helping babies.
