Who benefits from my donations to the March of Dimes Rhode Island Chapter?

The March of Dimes Rhode Island Chapter is focused on providing community support, and donations go to programs and research that help Rhode Island moms have healthier pregnancies and healthier babies. Our goal is to support projects that support our core mission — prevent birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.
