What are the requirements to receive a grant?

Providers selected to carry out CenteringPregnancy and programs aimed at improving equity in birth outcomes will be those who can demonstrate the aptitude and competency to further the initiatives.

What is CenteringPregnancy®

CenteringPregnancy® is a group prenatal care model. It is not prenatal classes, but rather interactive group sessions that empower women to take an active role in their health and to provide support to other group members. Please see www.centeringpregnancy.org
