To qualify for continuing education credit via independent study, each participant must:
- Be a registered nurse or certified nurse-midwife.
- Purchase ($20) and read the module. Nursing modules are $20 each; call (800) 367-6630 or (770) 280-4115 outside the U.S. to order yours today. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Complete the module's independent study test. For newer modules, the test is included in the module. All tests are available online.
- Mail the completed test along with the module evaluation to:

The March of Dimes will notify participants of test results within eight weeks of receiving the test. Participants with scores of 70 percent or higher will receive certificates of completion via mail; participants with scores less than 70 percent will receive a second attempt to pass the test.
