Rhode Island Chapter

More than 4 million babies were born in the United States last year, and the March of Dimes helped each and every one through research, education, vaccines and breakthroughs

We are also here for the more than half a million babies are born too soon, over 1,300 of them right here in Rhode Island. With your help, we work to improve the health of babies and support families if something does go wrong.
