Real Estate and business professionals throughout the Midlands will gather to honor Scott Garvin, President of Garvin Design Group, as the March of Dimes presents its Annual Real Estate Award on December 6, 2012.
Garvin was chosen for this award by his peers and past honorees for his significant impact on Real Estate and Development throughout the Midlands.
The Real Estate Award was established in 1998 by the South Carolina Chapter of the March of Dimes to honor a member of the real estate community who has demonstrated a long history of service; recipients are chosen for their outstanding leadership and vision in the community. Past recipients include:

The March of Dimes is a national voluntary health agency whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. Founded in 1938, the March of Dimes funds programs of research, community services, education and advocacy to save babies, and in 2003 launched a campaign to address the increasing rate of premature birth.
