10th Annual Signature Chefs Auction

March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction – Sioux Falls leading chefs are assembling their finest offerings in an array designed to satisfy the most demanding palate, all for the benefit of mothers and babies here. The Signature Chefs Auction pays tribute to the culinary excellence of chefs and caterers in Sioux Falls, who will present their signature dishes. In addition to the meal, guests will enjoy lively silent and live auctions with great items.

 

Proceeds from Signature Chefs Auction will benefit the March of Dimes Prematurity Campaign to help reduce the rate of premature birth. Here, in South Dakota 1 in 8 babies are born prematurely each year. Premature birth is the number one killer of newborns.  Those who do survive often suffer life long consequences. The March of Dimes is leading a national effort to save babies from premature birth by funding research to find the causes and by supporting local programs that offer hope and help to families with a baby in intensive care.
