| The March of Dimes Music City Division’s Nurse of the Year Awards Gala will publicly honor the contributions of nurses in the Middle Tennessee area who have demonstrated excellence in the practice of nursing. We will honor nurses who contribute to the health and well-being of Middle Tennesseans over the course of their lives by providing care, comfort, and support during various healthcare experiences.
Please complete the nomination information below in its entirety by September 30th. Only one nursing category can be selected for each nominee. After nominations are submitted, nominees will receive a full application packet to confirm their nomination for the award category and to provide additional details about their contributions to the field of nursing.
Registered nurses, nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, licensed practical nurses, etc. are eligible to apply.
