You should be expecting a letter from the March of Dimes to arrive around July 17, 2009 for you to confirm your mailing address and return the enclosed postcard.  Then you should be expecting to receive the actual Macy's card by late August or early September. Please make sure you open any mail from Macy's during this time.  You would not want to throw away your card.
