Meeting the Needs of Pregnant Women and Children in Disasters
Our nation’s recent natural disasters have raised many issues related to disaster response.  While the March of Dimes is not a disaster relief organization, we believe that the special needs of pregnant women and infants must be planned for and met in future disasters.  Organizations should follow the disaster response guidelines specific to each state, but the March of Dimes has tools that may assist.
