The premier dining event of the year, the 18th Annual Signature Chefs Auction will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2008 at the Knoxville Convention Center. Over twenty elite East Tennessee chefs will prepare signature dishes for sampling. It is an exquisite night of fine dining and a unique silent and live auction with hard to find packages.  Bruce Pearl and his coaching staff will be at the event as our Honorary Chairs!
