Signature Chefs Auctions are the number one special event for the Foundation. The steady increase in revenue year over year speaks to the importance of this event. Since its inception, it has grown from $586,000 to $13 million in 2006. An estimated 100,000 people, including corporate and social leaders, attended our Signature Chefs Auction events nationwide. Signature Chefs pays tribute to the culinary distinction of the finest chefs in Memphis and the surrounding area. Our Lead Chef is Erling Jensen, Erling Jensen, The Restaurant. Each chef is asked to provide an item for the guests to sample. Guests have the opportunity to bid on 200+ silent auction items and 10-15 live auction items
