Chattanooga - Girls Inc. Girls Raise Funds For March Of Dimes

The nine to11-year-old participants in Girls Inc.'s afterschool program at Hardy Elementary School are raising money for the March of Dimes at a Community Service Carnival that they planned. The girls were inspired to do a community service project after learning about leadership and community service in the Girls Inc. afters chool program. The carnival will be attended by Girls Inc. girls from the Hardy, Clifton Hills and Harrison sites and their families and will offer games and other activities. The girls selected March of Dimes because of their focus on helping babies.
