Signature Chefs of Dallas The Fairmont Hotel, Regency Ballroom
Join us for a night at the “Carnival da Esperança" at this years' 13th annual Signature Chef's of Dallas. The event features Lead Chef Kent Rathbun of Abacus and Jaspers Restaurants and a 2008 Iron Chef winner. He will be joined by 20 of Dallas' finest chefs who will be dazzling guests with their culinary creations. In addition, each chef will offer a fabulous auction package- private dinners, wine dinners and fabulous trips with the chefs- to be auctioned off at the event.
