Health Gazette: Newsletter (pdf) “Prematurity and Your Baby” is a document designed as a general circulation newsletter for your employees. If you prefer, you can also post it on bulletin boards and in break rooms.
Health Bulletins: Bulletin Board Flyers (pdf) “Warning Signs of Preterm Labor” and “Questions about Pregnancy?” are one-page flyers that can be posted in company break rooms, on bulletin boards and in general staff areas.
Health Tips: Paycheck Stuffers (pdf) “Know the Warning Signs” and “’Pregnant’ Dads” are two, one-page sheets of health tips that are formatted for easy duplication of multiple copies. They are intended to accompany employee paychecks.
Health Article: Newsletter Insert (pdf) “Preterm Labor – Are You at Risk?” is a concise and informative health article, which can be inserted into your existing employee newsletter or posted in employee break rooms.
Manager Fact Sheet: Handout (pdf) “The Costs of Premature Births” was developed to help managers become more aware of the benefits of healthier employees. Share this with other members of management to reinforce their influential role in this program’s success.
Health Email: Email Scripts (pdf) “Prematurity: What We Know and What We Don’t Know,” “The Facts About Folic Acid,” “Smoking” and “Prenatal Care and Your Baby” are email scripts that can be used one per week. These scripts are an easy and effective way to communicate health information to employees. |
