A black-tie dinner best known for its celebrity kitchens during the cocktail hour. Celebrities from WNY’s business, sports and civic communities “cook” a recipe in a decorated kitchen booth and present it to culinary judges who award prizes based on the presentation, taste and originality. These recipes are used to build the menu for the evening. A dance troupe from NYC dance and entertain in between food courses throughout the evening and keep the atmosphere fun and energetic.
