WalkAmerica was the first best-loved walking event in the country, and with its new name, March for Babies, it will continue to grow in size and popularity!  Over one million walkers and volunteers in more than 1,500 communities participate to help raise funds to further the March of Dimes mission to save babies. The dollars raised support programs and research which promote healthy pregnancies and healthy babies for all families.
