Virginia and National Capital Area Chapters led advocacy efforts to secure $1.1 million for the Resource Mothers Program (a home visiting program for high-risk pregnant women and their infants) which will benefit 1,130 new enrollees annually. The program’s smoking cessation activities count towards the state’s Title V performance measures, which MOD created at the federal level. |
