| (Seattle) – Mark Rattray, M.D., has been appointed to the Greater Puget Sound Board of Directors at the March of Dimes in Seattle. Dr. Rattray is the vice president for health care services at Regence BlueShield.
Dr. Rattray joined Regence BlueShield in 2002 and has more than two decades of medical leadership. Prior to joining Regence BlueShield, he served as regional medical director with PacifiCare of California. In addition, he was with Foundation Health Systems (now Health Net) and its subsidiary, QualMed. Dr. Rattray served in various leadership roles at Foundation Health Systems – from medical director and chief medical officer to president and CEO of their Washington and Oregon health plans. He also practiced obstetrics and gynecology in Edmonds, Washington, for 12 years. Dr. Rattray is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American College of Physician Executives.
The March of Dimes is a national voluntary health agency whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects and infant mortality.
