Your Story Matters
Your Story Matters is a new way that allows everyone to tell the March of Dimes about the special baby in their life, whether they were born healthy or too soon and too sick. Your efforts are helping us raise awareness about the seriousness of premature birth, birth defects and infant mortality. Through these stories, your efforts will help families who have experienced a similar journey and inspire others to celebrate the children in their life.

 

*If you are part of a company team, please contact your Team Captain on how your stories and support of the March of Dimes can be displayed in your office or work location.

*If you are not part of a company team, please follow these easy steps:

Step 1:   Please download Our Story Matters template.

Step 2:  Complete the template on your computer and email to wa655@marchofdimes.com     OR print the template and send your story to:

Please note:  During March for Babies season, please provide your stories at least 5 business days prior to your event date to ensure that your story will be displayed at the march.

Here are a couple of things regarding submitting your story:
• Please provide a contact number (phone and email) in case we have any questions.
• All stories shared as part of Your Story Matters may be used in other March of Dimes marketing activities. Stories will be shared on the March of Dimes website and at your local March for Babies event.
• We will not be able to return your photos, so please use copies.
• Keep your story simple. The average person will know minimal medical terms.
• Be safe and protect your privacy. Disclose only what you feel comfortable disclosing.
• Be yourself! Your Story Matters to all of us.
