Families, especially pregnant women and newborns, should follow the recommendations of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which is only drink bottled water until there are no longer detectable levels of MCHM in the water distribution system. Pregnant women should discuss any concerns and their delivery plans with their obstetrician or other perinatal care provider. Families should follow local health department or federal advisories about what precautions to take to protect their family. More info...
