March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction is a culinary experience helping to bring more babies home healthy. Your evening begins with a tasting from 10 area chefs and restaurateurs. Guest will enjoy music along with live and silent auctions. Honorary chairpersons, check and Ellen Ebann know first-hand the exceptional work of the March of Dimes. Chuck is a polio survivor and the couple’s son Spencer was born prematurely and spent 2 months in the NICU. After funding the research that led to the eradication of polio, the March of Dimes took on the battle to save babies by fighting premature birth and birth defects. The Ebann’s will be joined by the Unger’s the 2012 local ambassador family, whose daughter Aurora, was born premature.
