Signature Chef’s Auction will start with Gourmet Samplings prepared by the finest Chefs in the Billings area at 5:30 PM. Their dishes will be paired with fine wines. We term this the finest “grazing” experience that participants will see in our area! The live auction will begin at 6:45. We will also have a short mission presentation and Chef Presentation. We will conclude by 9 PM.
This event has been successful because of generous individuals and companies who have donated thousands of dollars worth of items and services. This event raises funds for the March of Dimes Mission “to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, prematurity and infant mortality,” and also raises FUN for all the participants who attend!
